Do you provide a fixed quote?
Yes. Once we have enough property information, we provide a clear scope-based quote. Additional work will not be completed without approval.
Can you clean a furnished property?
Yes, but this must be disclosed before quoting. Furnished properties require more labour and prevent access to some floors, walls and skirting boards.
Do water and electricity need to remain connected?
Yes. The cleaners require water, lighting and electricity for equipment.
Do I need to be present?
No. You can provide access through keys, a lockbox, concierge or another agreed method. Where possible, a final customer walk-through is encouraged.
Can you collect keys from the property manager?
Key collection may be possible depending on distance, timing and prior agreement. Additional travel or collection charges may apply.
